Step Three
Stage 1 Audit
STEP THREE:
Gap analysis of your procedures and practice vs ISO requirements in key areas. Findings are provided, and you submit planned actions for PQA’s approval.
Step Four
Stage 2 Audit
STEP FOUR:
Within 6 months of Stage 1: A thorough audit of QMS controls, practice, and records vs ISO requirements. Findings are provided for correction, and you submit planned actions for approval.
STEP FIVE:
Our Board reviews the auditor’s recommendation for certification and your audit responses, and once approved issues a certificate

Recommendations
STEP SIX:
To ensure ongoing effectiveness of the management system. Findings are provided, and you submit planned actions for approval. Successful audits yield recommendation for continued certification.
Step Six
Annual Followup


STEP SEVEN:
Full audit of Management System documented information, implementation, and improvement. Findings are provided, and you submit planned actions for approval A successful audit yields recommendation for re-certification for another 3 years.

Your application details your company's activities and scope. We pick qualified auditors and ensure their impartiality, then use the detailed information in your application to develop an accurate quote.

Costs are based on company size, complexity of operations, and the ISO standard for certification. We are happy to provide quotes for multi-standard certifications.
